After visiting your outpatients department today to see the consultant, I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the registrar and his colleague... I am 23 wks pregnant have had 3 m/c a child with heart problems and am an older mum who suffers with anxiety... I had a list of questions I needed to ask re my placenta being low amongst others.. the registrar gave me time, he listened, he acted on certain points and he seem to genuinely care. I Cant tell you how relieved I was when I left.. He was factual but the information he gave was put over in the right way.. Thankyou once again and may this level of service continue..
