"bad service"

About: Vale Community Hospital

Rang the hosp and asked if there was a doctor on site. Lady on the phone (the sister) replied yes there is. I asked what time are they there till and the reply was,I don't know. I go to the hospital and wait ten minutes as no one on reception. A lady finally came and said you can't see the doctor as she leaves in half hour and can't fit you in! Not what you want to hear when you are very unwell. Very poor service and non sympathetic.
