"disgusting!!"

it is so sad that people have to settle into the hands of these people when they have no other choice! my grandad was admitted to this place after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. on the morning of the day he died he was left uncomfortable & uncovered in bed in he's own room with the door open and what the hospital staff said was "cancer" coming out of hes mouth! he had been left like that for hours and was sooo thirsty because he couldnt ask for a drink.. he died a few hours later. people should not be treated this way it is disgusting & how on earth it keeps happening i will never know!! instead of apologising & forwarding details for an investigation you have no guarantee will be pursued why dont you put your time & energy into making sure this matter that has extremley upset some of your patients gets dealt with & does not continue!
