"Child suffering acute ear infection"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

The lady doctor we saw was very friendly and relaxed, whilst being business like and straight forward at the same time. We were in and out agin in 1 hour. The only complaint I would have is that when I called the hospital reception to ask how we go about seeing an out of hours doctor, the person said to call 111. I had ready done that and not been answered after 45 minutes. She said that's the only option, and put the phone down. I tried 111 2 more times and we ended up becoming a statistic on the lift of people taking up the time of vital staff in A&E.
