About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

Over the past year, I have had three x-rays and one consultation. In every case, the staff and the consultant were most kind and supportive. Waiting time was short in every case and the waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. I have nothing but praise for Purley War Memorial Hospital.

I am pleased to hear that you had a good experience at Purley War Memorial Hospital and thank you for taking the time to let us know. The x-ray department and outpatient clinics are part of a number of services provided by Croydon Health Services at Purley, which are particularly useful for patients who might otherwise need to travel across to the main hospital site at Croydon University Hospital. I should mention that these are not linked to the Minor Injuries Unit, which is run by a separate organisation.
