My relative has been in a ward at the Royal Stoke Hospital. I commented on the lack of communication on here in a previous story. It doesn't seem to get any better. My relative was sitting in a chair by the side of a bed when staff came to say they had to be taken down for a scan. At the evening visit, I asked how it went and seemed quite amused to tell me they had taken the wrong patient down. Disgusting. In another instance I went to visit, they had taken a meal in and left the table well out of their reach. When we got there it was cold. Appalling, the sooner out of there the happier I will be.
