"Incredible"

Words can't describe how grateful I am to the entire team at the Bristol Children's Hospital for caring for my 7 month old son. From the A&E through to discharge from the medical ward two weeks later I found the care we all received to be excellent. To think this was provided in such tough circumstances with massive patient volumes & bed pressures makes it all the more remarkable. I found all the staff we encountered to be professional and proficient but also friendly and caring (nurses, doctors, porters, playroom team). We were kept informed and involved in his progress and decisions every step of the way. The playroom facilites were great fir my older son. Thank you all
