About: Lincoln County Hospital

I had a scan on Sunday the 21st of December in the afternoon the chap who did it was very good and he told me what he was doing and after he talked to me as he knew about my condition and told me things i dint know so i would like to say thank you for that and making my scan a understand bull time for me you get a lot of people moaning but i just wanted to say thank you

Dear Esther

Thank you for the feedback, as you say, we do get a bit of criticism so it is particularly nice when someone takes the time to say thanks. With diagnostic examinations particularly we don’t get as much time as we would like to talk to our patients as the lists are very full. In the little time I had to do your examination I am glad that you feel I was able to discuss things with you. It was a pleasure to meet you.
