I am just writing you to send my compliments to the volunteer on ward 1b she couldn't do anything more for us she was always there asking if we wanted anything or needed anything she was there at the end when my mum passed away she truly is a credit to not only the ward but the hospital trust she made our stay welcome and couldn't do enough for us the doctors and nursing staff was very good as well top quality service but they stood out to us and is a fantastic volunteer and should get paid for what she does thank you Arthur
