I just heard that this is the worst week for hospital A&E departments to achieve their waiting time targets. I wanted to thank the staff at Royal Blackburn for their professionalism and support during my day in the resus unit on Wednesday 17th December. Staff were all so friendly, helpful and had time for any questions I had about what was happening to me. Bearing in mind the amount of other patients they had to attend to, and the pressure they must have been under, I'm just very grateful for their time and attention.
