"Urine everywhere, on K2 at the Hallamshire"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as the patient),

I was quite pleased about most of my stay in ward K2 at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. I was there for only one week.

But there was just one thing that didn’t seem right. Whenever you had to go to the ladies room, there was urine everywhere you looked. It was in the basin of the toilets and in containers. But no one put names on them. How could they tell who’s was who’s?

This happened before when I was in the same hospital last August. I do understand the nursing staff was short sometimes, but I just think it was not very nice greeting us every time we had to go in. I was not the only one who thought so.

Sorry about saying this as everything else was ok.
