What upset me was we went in the the Consultant's room he didn't even look up to greet us or even acknowledge us leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. I was presumably reading the notes but it seemed like he had no idea because once he did speak still not greeting us in the normal way he kept asking for the same information that was in the notes right in front of him!. He was just plain ignorant and ill informed even with the information in front of him that's disgusting and beside that its rude not to acknowledge people ...
