"Terrible!"

By far the worst hospital ever. Currently been waiting in A&E for 4hours and have been told I will be waiting another 2 even though it us practically empty in here. Receptionist claims I've been seen which is correct, I've been seen by a nurse who asked me what was wrong and what my name was and then told me to sit and wait again. Thank you for the 13seconds of your life that you spared! Not. Absolutely terrible service and the receptionist is completely ride in telling me that my broken and swollen hand is 'not that important' and to just go sit down. Terrible work skills terrible service and terrible everything. Worst hospital ever
