About: Warrington Hospital

Outpatient at women's day care. Had appointment and was given a letter with another appointment for results. The receptionist was mid conversation at this point and uninterested in me and I was very stressed and upset and wanted to leave. Looked at letter when home and its not even mine! Not assured if this is sorted or not. Have wrote a letter making formal complaint as I am not at all happy with the service I received which is a shame as doctor and nurses were great. Full details of this incident in my letter. Hope you receive it soon and respond quickly.
