Only criticism I have, my appointment was made with Specsavers Wellington for a Friday. Sat and waited there, after a while was told there was no appointments for that morning and had to go back Monday. The service then was fine. But I am a disabled pensioner so not at all pleased as no one bothered to ring and cancel.
