"A wonderful experince"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

It has been a wonderful experince really.

It was not daunting or overwhelming, because I was able to focus on and learn one of two new skills each week which I was then able to put into practice over the following week. This allowed me to tackle my diffiuclties one step at a time, knowing that I would have the support of my therapist at the next meeting and knowing that I could give an account to them. It was wonderful to elarn practical skills and techinques that I could apply to real life situations.
