"Trying to make an appointment at Cleckheaton for Podiatry"

(as the patient),

My last appointment was in September when I was advised to call again in December to make another appointment. I phoned on 5th Dec but the phone was busy, left a message but no one has got back to me. I called again on 8 December, same thing and tried again on 9th and wondered whether it was worth leaving a message. I know they have not got back to me because even though I don’t have an answer phone I dial 1471 as soon as I get back from shopping or going out.
