Thoughtful and calm PTS Driver

"Thoughtful and calm PTS Driver"

(as the patient),

I had to use the ambulance transport service to get me to Southmeads hospital one morning for an endoscopy. The driver, Sue Kent, was excellent, really thoughtful and caring, we hit a lot of traffic but she was calm throughout. I know it was luck of the draw but I appreciated the car and being able to sit in the front passenger seat as I feel better if I can see exactly where I'm going.
