I was very happy with the Cavell hospital experience. My surgery appointment was made directly with the consultant and took place very quickly. I was contacted directly for pre assessment and my op was carried out on a Saturday. The surgeon came to see me after the op to explain the outcome. I was given a follow up appointment and physio appointments before leaving the hospital. All the paperwork was ready and waiting for me and I was given painkillers and crutches on departure. It seemed that everything had been thought of and dealt with and Staff knew what they were doing. I was very confident with the hospital staff and surgical team, especially the surgeon. Thank you all.
