"A big thank you to all the staff"

I live in a assisted living accommodation called MARSTON GARDENS which is run by support workers from Community Integrated Care, we all have our own flats and our landlord is sanctuary housing association and we all have proper tenant agreements just like any housing association has, I moved here in march 2010 and I did not intend to stay here my intensions was to satisfy my mental health team then move on, it is now 4 years and 9 months later and I am still living here the reason why is because of the way that MARSTON GARDENS is run by all of the staff and the way Community Integrated Care support people who need extra care needs, all the staff here at Marston Gardens go above and beyond there duty's on regular occasions just to make sure any of the residents needs are met they all also treat us with total respect and dignity and while talking with any of us they talk with the tone in there voice that re-ashores you that they are treating and talking to you as a equal person not like some people tend to do and talk slowly to you which gives you the impression they are talking down to you

so I want to give a big THANK YOU to all the staff at MARSTON GARDENS and a big THANK YOU to COMMUNITY INTEGRATED CARE and to let them all know that myself and all the other residents at Marston Gardens do really appreciate everthing
