"Question standard of care"

I pose the following very serious questions 'Is it normal for Hospital staff (ward 4) to allow a weak 85 year old heart attack victim to walk out of the Hospital to Flixton over four hours when 3 members of staff are watching over him? Is it normal for Drs to give medication to elderly man making him confused, distressed and sad? 'Is it normal for ward staff to allow situation where a elderly heart attack victim to fall out his hospital bed? And is it normal for some healthcare staff (occupational health ) to be rude to family and refuse to listen to the elderly mans daughter who knows him very well and had taken care off all his health issues over years.. is it normall for occupational staff to mention over the phone issues which clearly do not relate to the correct elderly man. I strongly suggest in my opinion the words not fit for purpose. And suggest the elderly man is returned home asap with care set in place.
