After driving for two hours you would have thought a hospital costing over £500 million pounds would have a family waiting area in its maternity unit. Alas no , not even allowed in the building,had to wait in sub zero tempatures in the typically over charged NHS car park. When our new grand daughter arrived and dispite our daughter and son in law requesting that at my wife at least could quickly visit our daughter request was rudely refused. Arrogance beyond believe.......
"Unfriendly and inviting ......"
