How dissatisfied I am with the level of care my husband is receiving right now,he has deteriated every day since arriving and all you can say is we are waiting for a scan.Where is your duty of care, I have seen none yes none.

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your husband's care. In the first instance please do mention your concerns to a nurse on the ward who will be happy to address them. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, you can contact our PALS (patient advice and liaison service) team who will be able to speak to the ward staff on your behalf if you have a complaint.
