Just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff who were all very friendly, professional and helpful. We had an appointment for our 3 month old baby today. It has taken nearly three months to get the appointment, so we were quite frazzled and feeling a bit stressed, but that was down to our doctors lack of communication and not the hospital. So we were very happy with how great the hospital staff were, they eased our fears and although it was just a consultation they were able to perform the small procedure needed straight away, we didn't feel rushed, were involved in the decision making, and even the waiting time was spot on, so a big thank you, to the consultant and the professionals he had with him today. Thank you.
