"A Big Thank You"

I recently had a total knee replacement at your hospital and would like to say a big thank you to all concerned with my treatment and care. I was treated with great respect by everyone in a very friendly way. The hostesses, cleaning staff, porters all carried out their work very well and were very pleasant towards me. The nursing team were excellent and I was helped so much by them all. However, I would like to give praise especially to a particular agency nurse and worked so hard all the time she was on duty, nothing was too much trouble for her and she treated me exceedingly well. Lastly and by no means least, a huge thank you to my surgeon who has given me a new lease of life with my new knee, and to his operating and recovery team who were all excellent . They made an anxious time so much more bearable, many thanks to you all.
