"Treated with dignity"

Recently I underwent a successful five hour cardiac procedure. At all times I was treated with respect and the clinicians gave time to explain the procedure and what I might expect in terms of cardiac pain in the following weeks. This included a direct contact with a specialist nurse that I could phone at any time. It was very reassuring. I could not speak more highly of the treatment I received.
