"Had decompression and vp shunt in"

I was not well. I've had a bad head and had to go here for a decompression operation. I left hospital after 4 days to go home to recover. After 5 days I went off my feet and feeling sick and could not eat. My local doctor said give it time. After more suffering I went A E who sent me home with more tramadol pills that were not working. Now I was in really bad pain, so bad that I struggling to move. I had to go back to A E this time I had a young jounior doctor who was really good and did loads of little tests. I was sent to have CT scan, and then they spotted the problem I was having, and then sent me to a ward. A week of tests but I was still in pain, then I had a 2nd operation to put a VP shunt in. Now I can walk again and go to the gym.The staff on the ward and all the doctors that looked after me were great and a great thanks to the doctor at A E for the CT scan, hard to say about the pain but they could see all the problem on the scan. People complain about the food and NHS service but I got 1st class service what is the to complain about I am off the pain killers (22 pills a day)and had non for over 1 year and I can walk again thanks. If I have any problems I know they will look after me and I know I will be seeing them in the future, but not to soon I hope.
