I was treated very kindly and politely both by nurse and doctor. Given information very clearly. Was not made to feel rushed, everything was very relaxed. I was early for my appointment and was not kept waiting, in fact my appointment was over before it was actually due to start. All in all a very good experience at Lancaster Urology dept. I would not hesitate to recommend LRI to anyone
