I had a stroke on January 3rd and was admitted into Leicester General (as I was in Leicester on a visit when I had my stroke). My treatment there was very good and then after three weeks I was transferred to Nottingham City Hospital in Newill Ward. My treatment there was very good but sometimes there was a shortage of staff and ringing my personal buzzer did not bring help very quickly which sometimes was stressful. The stay there was very good with good meals, good physio and the church also visited. I went to the chapel there and I was escorted there and back. I made good friends with the nurses and patients so on the whole enjoyed my stay there. The doctors were very good too.
"My treatment was very good"
