"eye clinic"

I have been trying for many many weeks to try and bring forward an appointment given for end december in eye centre. My vision gets worse daily. I went to a&e queen marys in desperation, the said they would fax urgently to the pru, that was 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Today I spent an hour ringing the PRU, was cut off, passed all round hospital and got nowhere. The secretary to eye consultant not available. Referrals unhelpful and calls unanswered wherever I b was passed on to. A couple of years ago was told after tests that I had nothing wrong with me after heart tests, and I discovered I did, got nowhere complaining. It is absolutely disgusting treatment and I only hope this time my sight isn't damaged whilst trying to get an appt brought forward. fields below not correct because not seen yet!!! Cant answer fields below, not been seen yet! I bet if I was to pay I would be seen immediately
