(as the patient),

I recently contacted my doctors surgery, (New Hall Surgery) and asked for an appointment. I was told over the phone that no appointments were available today, however i was offered the chance to be assessed over the phone.

As it turns out, the GP i spoke to (Dr. Guest) was able to treat me over the phone, saving me a long journey and possibly time off work. I would like to offer a very big thank you to both the GP's receptionist and Dr Guest. Perfect Service, very polite and helpful staff.
