"Kidney failure"

Due to Kidney failure I have been attending the renal clinic at Northern General Hospital. I think the treatment in the kidney unit is naturally stressful and the staff deal with this well. One of the most stressful bits is waiting for transport when one is tired. I think, however, that most patients are grateful that transport is free and realise that organisation of it is difficult. The situation has improved recently, but if one is off dialysis at, say, 7.45pm and has to wait until8.45pm for a fellow patient or driver it can be tiring.
