"Customer service"

About: Homerton University Hospital

The nurses and porters communication skills is a large barrier , it is difficult to understand them and it makes them come across as rude and ignorant. The last thing is that you never hear any customer service tools being used ie Thank you , or even hello it's just just plain grunts and ignorance
