"Doctors were very thorough"

I was admitted to E ward at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital for tests and examinations. The doctors and nurses were first class and the examination very thorough. They did an excellent job. I was seen as soon as I arrived which I thought was first class. Two points I would draw to your attention to is that I would have liked to have been informed of what I was being tested for i.e. blood tests for what? Also the daily cleaning person it appeared seemed to lack in her duties and was far from thorough in her approach to the problem of cleaning! Surely this is a priority.
