"Nurses are good at giving pills"

I am replying to your letter on my opinion of the hospital service at Northern General. The nurses are good at giving pills but when it comes to wanting a bottle or to be taken to the toilet, nobody is available. The therapist wants to try to make me more mobile so that means they are not working as a team which is important. Also when drinks are brought and put down they cannot be reached by the patient. This happens a lot then the drinks are not drunk and taken away. Lastly, when going out of hospital and care has been arranged for the day of arriving home, it comes two days late! Overall the hospital's medical treatment is good - but not the care for the patient.
