Bleeding in Urine and frequent urge to pass urine, back pain, feeling sick, tempature, unable to digest food, not feeling hungry, feeling extremley tired

I have been suffering from the above symptoms last three years, in and out in hospital for the investigation, every year same procedures through GP, scan, endoscopy, antibiotics, symptoms remain same for the last three years, no difference whatsoever.

I am really disappointed by the GP and NHS, is taking so long to establish the reason for this problem. My life is very limited and restricted due to the symptoms, living with the anxious what is going on with me, no help or advise or follow up by GP or NHS, leave you by your problem and only they concerns they have took steps necessary and result,

I have to chase up and book an appointment to discuss, no treatment.

Recently in November Ultrasound scan was taken, technician who was carry out my scan, was very serious and told me to see GP as soon as possible I am sending your report straight away and show me picture of my scan, unable to pass comments obviously consultant needs to check, came home straight away phone GP need appointment advised to see urgently seems to be no good news, because specially scan was about US urinary tract, Bladder and Kidney scan. GP receptionist said report has not been received. Three O'clock text message on my mobile received report received no action required, I was very shocked to hear, thought why would NHS scan department sent report urgently, no action required. Well I have insist to book an appointment, following week Wednesday today, GP said no action required. I said to him symptoms are same for the last three years, I am not well, as also my blood report showing low white cells and severe anemia, GP said report showing no action required. As usual took urine sample and said send you again to Northwick Park Hospital for the further investigation to satisfy you, everything is fine we will not able to help you more.

I thought I must go private for the second opinion, this backward and forwards almost three years and get worst than improvement, sick and tired taking antibotics. I left the surgery. I really wanted to know scan result and picture I saw at the time of scan, really wanted to investigate. NHS consultant who saw the result and saying normal no action required, I really wanted to investigate GP services, why I am seeing difference doctor every time and everyone sending me various investigation, blood test, scan,

I do not knowing the truth of my problem, I feel somewhere some how NHS has failed with my case. I have heart condition, all this problem really not helping me with my stress level.
