About: King George Hospital

I have spent an entire afternoon trying to get through to speak to a receptionist. Managing to get through 6 times and on each occasion put through to either a dead line or put through to someone else who then put me through to another dead line and finally being put through to a secretary who was not there, as I can only assume had gone home. Had I been put to the correct person on the first place I would not have sat on the phone for hours. You really need to get more staff and staff that are prepared to be more helpful or even, answers the phone!
