"Worst Hospital ever"

I'm totally fed up with this hospital. They send out appointment letters without any form of headed paper with an address. We had never been to this hospital before and yes we could've checked the internet however we were trying to cope with a 3 week old baby who had spent the first 2 weeks in NICU. The staff were obnoxious and rude and the most unhelpful people I've ever met in a hospital. They managed to weigh our 5lb baby as 10lb+ because the nurse was unable to read a conversion chart properly. Thank fully this time the weight had no affect on the meeting or medicine. Now 6 months later a day before our follow up appointment my wife receives a call to say it's been cancelled. Apparently they've been trying to ring my perfectly working number without success for weeks. No one else had that issue, in fact 10 mins before my wife got the call I was talking to customer services for another company and they had no issues. The whole the number we dialled was dead doesn't sit well with me. Sounds like an excuse for their late cancellation of an appointment. We will be cancelling the appointment for our son as this hospital is pointless if they cannot even get letters, weight or appointments right.
