I had manometry & 24 hour PH test done at the Wansbeck - and I was really impressed with the way I was treated. The staff were absolutely lovely - and made my experience the best it could possibly be. I had been dreading the appointment - but it was a lot less traumatic then I imagined. The staff member I saw is very good at her job - she has been so helpful. She is an absolute star and a credit to your hospital. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the other lovely lady who assisted - and fed me marshmallows - but you made me smile when I was so nervous! Keep up the good work :-)

It was lovely to hear how one member of staff in particular was able to make such a such a difference for you.
