I injured my leg on the 26th September while playing rugby as I went to catch the ball I fell and landed awkwardly on my leg and heard a click I was taken to heartlands a&e I was seen with the guidines when the nurse asked me what happened I explained to her what happened and I was frustrated that she didn't understand a word I said then another nurse asks me if I have been for a xray I said no so she put arm band me for when I go for the xray then I got moved in to a cubicle then another nurse sees me she didn't examine me properly she was rude to me it sounded she didn't believe me about what happened and she sent me home with crutch and I was upset and angry cuz of the way I was treated and because the staff never took me for an xray which was unacceptable. 2 weeks later I go to my GP about my leg because I was reading struggling to walk he sent me to the queen Elizabeth hospital for an xray where it showed a fracture in the middle of my fibular. I made a formal complaint but still haven't been updated on the investigation. If the staff had done there jobs properly I would in a different situation than I am in now.
