I attended the urology dept in June and was advised that I would need surgery and be informed within 18 weeks. So far have heard nothing and have rung 3 separate telephone numbers and have not had one answered Does anyone actually work there? Even if you ring the main number and wait for the main switchboard no one answers Third world service
