"Wait for and reaction to medication"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

Was supposed to start medication for MS and I was told it would be delivered to the house. After waiting in several times and no one showing up, I had to collect the drug from the hospital, a 30 mile trip, time etc.

I was not believed when I started having an adverse reaction, and my MS became dramatically worse.

Hello, Im so sorry you has an adverse reaction to your medication, and that you feel you were not believd.

It would be useful for us to have more information in relation to your medication not being delivered so that we can identify the reason or to see if we have something wrong in the system that we can improve. If you would like us to look into this please contact me by email

arlian.mallis@nhs.net

many thanks
