"We all think the self harm group has helped"

I was admitted to a hospital for suicidal ideation, CAMHS became involved and visited me daily.. A worker was assigned to me then I was placed in another hospital.

Self harm has been apart of me for years and then suicide became my thoughts and my way of escape... I have always been bullied physically and mentally. I was admitted to a hospital and then came to the group.

At 5 years of age my mother was place in hospital and distance became our enemy and anxiety became my life without my mother to help, visions of my life ending became frequent and voices and self harm was a big help to deal with my problems.

Anxiety hit me and stress suffocated me, I was then placed in hospital after everything became unstable and now I hope to control the things in my life.

I was bullied since I first went into education, family problems occurred and caused a lot of stress, adultery are memories that haunt me. School was a bad time after being involved with the wrong crowd and after everything collapsing over me I self harmed and admitted into hospital and more bullying happened and now I'm in this group.
