Everyone at the QMC was caring and polite. The ambulance service was a let down, so my daughter took me in my own car. The worst bit was the wait for treatment, which I suppose unavoidable due to the amount of patients to be seen. Otherwise, everyone involved was nice. The ward was spotless.
