When I arrived at the Princess Royal hospital the nursing staff were brilliant. The doctor who performed my endoscopy was a little blunt. I don't really remember much about the actual procedure due to sedation. When I went to see the doctor in outpatients today, he was very understanding. This doctor made me feel at ease and was very reassuring - he took time to explain everything to me which I felt was very good.
