Good experience so far with my 80 year old mother referred on the 2 week wait colorectal cancer pathway. Telephone assessment after 2 working days, Flexi sigmoidoscopy today (day 8) and CT the next day. The staff were lovely. Very caring. Disposable shorts with a rear flap to wear under her gown were very much appreciated to maintain some dignity. Gene was fantastic doing the assessment and prep but everyone was very kind and respectful. Thank you.

It’s good to hear how you have found our colleagues in the colorectal team to be so caring and respectful, and that the clothing we provided helped to protect the privacy and dignity of your mother during her treatment.
