"Wellington Health Centre: Mixed feelings"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Every part of my referral with TRAQS was excellent. The poor part was the GP who asked the wrong questions which delayed my referral by 3 weeks, it took a further 2 telephone calls to my health centre to try and get a result. I believed an appointment was in the system when in fact it was not.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with the TRAQS team. I am pleased that the TRAQS part of your referral process worked well.

I note that you have some concerns about a delay at your Practice. You may wish to speak to the Practice Manager who can take your concerns forward and investigate on your behalf? All practices have a complaints process which should be available on their website but if in doubt it would be best to speak to the Practice Manager in the first instance.
