"Difficult Chemists service in my local Medical Centre"

Person is a patient at a local medical centre where she uses the pharmacy in the building to process her prescriptions. There have usually been no problems but in the last few weeks there has been difficulty with one of the medicines she needs which is not always available. When she enquires about the availability of the medicine in question she has found the staff to be dismissive and offhand, replying “don’t know” then when the medicine comes in she has problems having it delivered. When the person went in a couple of days ago the same thing happened and she described one of the staff as literally throwing the bag of medicines at her. The person has been so affected by her treatment in the chemist that she has moved to another one which means more travelling time and effort for her.
