"Best to practice moderation"

It was a good experience and to be spoken to by a qualified Dietician was a good bonus. I have learned not to be taken in by the hype from the advertisers, also to control my portion sizes. It was refreshing to learn that no food is bad for you, but to be aware that it is best to practice moderation in these types of foods. Also, I have learned to be more salt and sugar aware.
