I had up to recently rated Hartlands , but having had my op cancelled 4 times and the last time on the admissions ward where they had no facililties to help me I am in a wheelchair, there was no adequate toliet facilities , I was left in my wheelchair for over 5 hours with no pain meds eventually they allowed me to lay on a trolly and some pain killing cream was added to my back, I am usually on morphine! I was not kept informed of what was going on, the staff did not know how to deal with my condition or how to deal with a wheel chair bound person, when I was left on the trolly I had to actually ring the desk from my mobile to get attention, unacecptable, I was sent home after 9 hours a week later got 2 letters that were stappled together one with a new date for op the other a cacellation of the op, stunned I have waited 2 years nearly three for this op and this is the treatment I get,
"stunned"
